||||
Beta-Gamma符合谱交互分析程序
|
||||
1 主界面的显示及操作功能
|
||||
Beta-Gamma符合谱交互分析程序的主界面由菜单栏、工具栏、质量控制栏、数据可视化展现区域、数据基础信息显示栏、数据处理分析结果显示栏等六个部分构成,如图1-1-1。
|
||||

||||
1、能谱显示
|
||||
(2D)二维图形化显示γ谱、β-gated γ谱、β谱、γ-gated β谱。显示时,x轴为channel,y轴为计数;二维和三维显示β-γ符合谱,二维显示时,x轴为Beta channel,y轴为Gamma channel,使用设定的比色尺范围内颜色比重表示不同的计数,而且比色尺的映射范围可通过调整旋钮调整,影响β-γ符合谱的着色显示;(3D Surface)(3D Scatter)三维显示β-γ符合谱, x轴为Beta channel,y轴为Gamma channel,z轴为计数,在3D数据显示区域点住鼠标左键移动,可旋转、翻滚,从不同的角度观察数据;
|
||||
图形化显示,可通过鼠标右击拖拽放大γ谱、β谱、β-γ符合谱;区域选择查看,标示感兴趣区边界范围,并能够手动计算任意感兴趣区面积, 使用光标查询各感兴趣区和峰的能量及相互关系;
|
||||
在β-γ符合谱图形显示界面上进行查看操作,γ谱、β-gated γ谱、β谱、γ-gated β谱也相应进行关联的显示变化,且标示光标所指处的能量值;
|
||||
β-γ符合谱的图形化二维和三维显示可切换,γ谱、β谱和相应的β-gated γ谱、γ-gated β谱可以相互转变显示;
|
||||
2、采样与测量参数显示
|
||||
显示样品采集信息和测量信息,包括台站代码、探测器代码、样品类型、采样开始和结束时间、获取开始时间、活时间以及死时间、稳定氙体积等。
|
||||
3、分析结果显示
|
||||
显示能谱分析结果,包括氙四种同位素的活度浓度及其不确定度和MDC,并且显眼的色彩标示核素的活度浓度不同的状态。如果核素的活度浓度大于MDC,则相应 "Flag"栏标记为"√",分析人员可利用该功能删除误识别的核素。可以通过选择分析结果中的核素,在能谱显示区中放大显示该核素对应的感兴趣区。
|
||||
4、质量控制
|
||||
显示质量控制结果,包括:Collection time、Acq time、XeVol、GasBg、DetBg、SampVol, "红色"指示灯代表质量控制参数不满足最低限度要求,"绿色"指示灯代表质量控制参数满足最低限度要求,并且点击相应的项可调出一个质量控制参数进行信息查看界面,包括:质量控制参数随时间变化趋势和统计分布图形及更重条件查询功能。

||||
5、工具栏功能
|
||||
(1)数据查看工具(DataDetail)
|
||||
程序启动时默认显示样品谱数据,通过数据查看工具可以在主界面中切换样品谱数据(SampleData)、气体本底谱数据(GasBkGnd)和探测器本底谱数据(DetBkGnd)、QC谱(QCSpectrum)的原始谱数据的显示;
|
||||
(2)数据库工具(DataBase)
|
||||
未成功连接数据库时,该工具项不可用;成功连接数据后,该工具项启用,能够将分析结果保存到数据库中;并可按照查询条件查询数据库中存储的历史监测数据,并将查询结果存储为指定格式的分析结果报告。
|
||||
(3)分析结果输出工具(SaveResult)
|
||||
SaveResult工具将分析结果保存TxT文本形式(SaveTxt)、超文本形式(SaveHtml)、报表形式(SaveExcel)等报告。
|
||||
(4)交互分析工具
|
||||
能量刻度工具(Calibration Tool):利用QC谱中的γ能谱和β-γ符合能谱,来实现符合能谱数据的能量刻度。
|
||||
能量刻度工具包括"Gamma Detector Calibration"和"Beta Detector Calibration"两个功能页,新刻度应用选项"New Calibration is Applied to""Recalculate ROI Counts For";
|
||||
其中"Gamma Detector Calibration"分页,进行Calibration parameter of Gamma Detector计算,在"Gamma Spectrum:QC"图表中用鼠标左击点选峰中心道值,通过"Guess"算法辅助峰拟合,添加"Channel""Energy/Kev""FHWM/C" "FHWM/Kev"等峰信息刻度点,也可选择"Auto Calibration"按键使用自动刻度功能,自动添加峰信息刻度点,在"Figure of Gamma Detector Calibration"图表中用黄色标绘添加的刻度点;添加完成新的刻度点后选择"Fitting"按钮,调用拟合算法进行新刻度拟合计算,并显示"Channel To Energy"和"Energy To Channel"的结果值;

使用刻度工具重新刻度时,可以单独进行"Gamma Detector Calibration"应用新刻度到谱数据分析,也可以先进行"Gamma Detector Calibration"根据其结果再进行"Beta Detector Calibration" 新刻度到谱数据分析。应用新刻度进行谱数据分析时可选择应用到"All Spectrum"或"Current Spectrum",和应用到的 "Sample Data""GasBg Data""DetBg Data""QC Data"的感兴趣区。

(5)符合外推工具(ExtrapolationXe)
|
||||
符合外推工具是133Xe Activity By Extrapolation。界面的上面的两个大图表显示样品的"Gamma Spectrum"(左图),"Beta Spectrum"(右图)数据及其他们的"截面"数据;在"Gamma Spectrum:Sample"图表中,使用鼠标左击选择"Gamma Window Begin Channel"和右击选择"Gamma Window End Channel",且鼠标点击选择起止位置颠倒,则选择失效,重新选择;可修改"Parameter Setting"中的"Min of Energy"的值和"Half Life"的值,选择"Function Of Fitting"中提供的"Linear""2-Polynomial""3-Polynomial"算法中的其一完成"Analyse"。

2. 1 DATABASE

(1)DATABASE/Connection
|
||||
点击菜单"DATABASE --> Connect",弹出如下图的用户连接和登录数据库界面。选择数据库类型"Oracle"或"MySql" ,然后在"Host Name"和"Port #"上输入数据库所在服务器的IP地址和端口号,在"User Name"和"Password"上输入登录用户的用户名和密码,点击"Connect"按钮连接数据库并对用户身份进行验证,连接成功后窗口自动关闭,此时能谱分析使用的参数和核素参数均从数据库中读取。

点击菜单"DATABASE --> Disconnect",用户退出数据库,数据库连接断开,此时能谱分析使用的参数和核素参数均从本地读取。

2. 2 SPECTRUM
|
||||
(1)SPECTRUM/Load sample from DB
|
||||
点击菜单"SPECTRUM --> Load sample from DB"(未成功连接数据库时,该菜单项不可用),弹出如下图"Load From DB界面"。
|
||||
设置查询条件:样品ID、台站代码、探测器代码、样品类型、数据类型、全谱、采样结束时间、获取开始时间、能谱处理状态、从当前用户下查询还是从所有用户下查询。点击"Reset"按钮可以重置所有的查询条件。
|
||||
点击"Search"按钮,从数据库中查询满足条件的记录并显示在表格中。
|

选择表格中的一条或多条记录,选择读取能谱参数的数据库"From Auto DB"或"From Interactive DB",点击"Load"按钮,调取所选的能谱数据,并将谱文件名列在"SPECTRUM"下拉菜单上。

||||
点击"SPECTRUM --> Load sample from file",弹出如下图的"Load Data From File界面"。

双击表格"SampleData"列中任一空单元格,弹出文件选择对话框,选择一组或多组样品数据谱(SAMPLPHD)、探测器本底谱(DETBKPHD)、气体本底谱(GASBKPHD)和质量控制谱(QCPHD)打开,当打开一组谱文件时界面如下:

点击"Reset"按钮可重置表格。
|
||||
点击"Load"按钮,加载表格中所有谱文件组,并将谱文件组中的样品数据谱文件名列在"SPECTRUM"下拉菜单下。

如果当前没有打开的谱文件,则默认用谱文件列表中的第一个谱文件的数据来初始化界面和相关数据。

点击谱列表中的某一项,软件中相应数据更新为该谱的数据。

2. 3 ANALYZE

点击菜单"ANALYZE --> Analyze current sample",执行β-γ符合谱分析流程,对当前谱数据进行再分析。
