Check if a DOM element matches a given selector.

## API

### matches(elem, selector)

* `elem`: a DOM node.
* `selector`: a CSS selector string.

```js
var matches = require('dom-matches');
var elem = document.querySelector('.foo');

matches(elem, '.foo');
// => true

matches(elem, '.bar');
// => false
```
